Two years back, his parents got divorced, but because of lack of funds and space, they have been unable to separate so he and his sisters awkwardly live together with their parents who are clearly unhappy. Tension in the apartment is always high, so Jaime escapes it by playing his guitar on the street for money or exploring the city. His favorite place to visit is Japan's Sector because of their food, but he also enjoys visiting Togo for their cuisine as well.
